| Expect to unwind, rejuvenate and enjoy your spa experience. When receiving spa services at Mirror Mirror, you will be given a locker, spa sandals and a comfortable robe to wear. Enjoy refreshments in our spa lounge and an overall feeling of well-being. Your therapist will discuss with you a complete description of your treatment and answer any questions you may have. When you enter a treatment room, your therapist will step outside, allowing you to disrobe in preparation for your treatment. Throughout your treatments you will always be draped for your privacy. Please feel free to express any discomfort, or special requests with your therapist. In consideration and maximum pleasure for yourself and other spa guests, it is recommended that you refrain from the use of cellular phones and pagers. |

| Spa Reservations In order for us to serve you better, reservations are encouraged and secured with a credit card number. Cancellations and Reservation changes. • The treatments and services you select are reserved especially for you. Group bookings are subject to contract agreements. • In the event that you are unable to keep the scheduled reservation time, the cancellation fee will be as follows: • 24 hours or more notice, services will be cancelled without charge. • If less than 24 hours notice is given, 50% of the service(s) price will be charged. • For failure to show: the entire package or service price. • For group cancellations or revisions we require 48 hours advance notice. Failure to do so 50% of the booking will be charged. •Failure to show: 100% of the entire booking. Promptness Please arrive 20-30 minutes prior to your spa treatments. This will allow you time to fill out our questionnaire, to change into a robe and spa sandals provided for you and to receive a relaxing complimentary infrared sauna treatment or to enjoy a refreshing beverage in our spa lounge. Arriving late will deprive you of precious minutes, your spa appointment will end as scheduled, in respect for the next guest. Gratuities In appreciation for outstanding excellent service, gratuities may be offered at your discretion. |
